It’s the Canada vs. Puerto Rico in the final men’s basketball exhibition game Sunday before the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Team Canada — which features Oklahoma City Thunder stars Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Luguentz Dort — is coming off an 85-73 win against France on Friday.
Canada lost 86-72 to Team USA on July 10 in Las Vegas in its pre-Olympic opener.
Canada faces Greece in Group A play in its Olympic opener at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 27.

FINAL: Canada 103, Puerto Rico 93
Canada finished its slate of pre-Olympic games with a 103-93 win over Puerto Rico.
Gilgeous-Alexander finished with 14 points, six assists and three rebounds. Dort chipped in seven points and two rebounds.
Next up for Canada is the Paris Olympics, where it’ll play in Group A with Greece, Australia and Spain. It’ll begin with a game against Greece at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Canada blew the game wide open by going on a 21-0 run to start the third quarter.
Gilgeous-Alexander scored six points in the quarter, bringing his total to nine. Dort is still scoreless on 0-for-4 shooting from the floor.

Halftime: Canada 46, Puerto Rico 40
Canada opened the second quarter on a 12-4 run, and it never relinquished the lead.
Sacramento forward Trey Lyles led the way for Canada with 13 points in the first half. Gilgeous-Alexander and Dort scored three points and zero points, respectively, on a combined 1-for-9 shooting from the floor.

Canada and Puerto Rico were tied at 23-23 at the end of the first quarter.
Canada found itself tied despite a slow start by Gilgeous-Alexander and Dort, who didn’t score on a combined 0-for-3 shooting from the floor.
